I don’t want to believe that very many people would do such a thing, yet my countless hours and well not too many dollars have produced nada, squat, butkus and I am starting to wonder about the issue.

I have since registered new account with commission junction, linkshare, clickbank, and a few other independent affiliate programs just to do a testing and the result was really amazing. As my education in Affiliate marketing has continued and my contacts have expanded, I keep hearing one piece of advice over and over. Use frames to direct my prospects and safeguard my commissions. Although, I have no real objection to this , I feel it may be a bit sneaky and could also keep some prospective customers from being able to buy due to their browsers not supporting frames.

So to the question, are there individuals and companies who hijack affiliate links? And if so, how does one protect their efforts from such activities?
