You Choose ‘08 Spotlight: Dennis Kucinich
Congressman Dennis Kucinich is the next candidate up in the You Choose’08 Spotlight. Kucinich started his political career early – at age 23he was elected to the Cleveland City Council, and by 31 Clevelandershad elected him the youngest mayor of a major American city. Hiscareer in Congress began in 1996, and Kucinich ran for the Democraticpresidential nomination in 2004.
His campaign has been vigorous in its attacks on the BushAdministration, but in his Spotlight video Kucinich asks a questionthat focuses on the positive: “What do you think is right aboutAmerica?”
Right at the end of his week in the Spotlight, Senator John Edwardsresponded to the YouTube community with this video, in which heresponds to some of your thoughts and answers his own question, “Whatare you going to do to bring about change?”
