How to remove paypal limitation?

After a month my paypal account has been removed from limited. Actually Paypal has limited my account after I’ve mail them about fraud mail that I received from suspicious website. You can read my posting about that story here.

When your paypal account in limited you cannot request a fund to withdraw and sent a money( thats means you cannot buy anything through paypal ). Paypal will then sent an email to your paypal email address on how you can remove back your limitation.Paypal will ask you to:

• Sent an utility bill. (to proof your address)
• Change your password
• Change your security question

What need i do if my debit card missing?

I’ve no problem to sent an utility bill but to change a password and security question I must know my Debit Card number that Im used to validate my paypal account. Thats a big problem to me because my Debit Card (Public Bank Debit Card) has lost a year ago. Its impossible for me retrieve back my Debit Card number but I’m keep trying to sent an email to Public Bank customer service.

My debit card has lost a year ago, how can i get back my Debit Card same as previous? Actually Ive used that DC to validate my paypal account and now paypal asking me to validate back using same DC number before i can make a withdrawal.Is that possible for me to get back my debit card account number?

Its take only 6 hours and I get back my Debit Card number, however its cannot been used. Its ok for me as long as i get back my Debit Card number and change my Paypal password and security question. After I got an email from paypal tell me that my account has been removed from limitation, Ive withdrawal all my fund and added another Debit Card account.
